School Visits
Interactive Tudor days can be delivered, covering a range of National Curriculum topics (days can be designed to suit your requirements, please email for details).
A fuller range of school visits covering Roman, Saxon, Tudor and Victorian days can be booked through Allectus Historical Services. We are currently developing a day on Ancient Egypt.
School resource packs
School resource packs have been developed to provide suggested lesson plans, ideas for hands-on activities and the resources needed for them.
Available packs currently include:
Medieval, Tudor or Victorian writing
Medieval or Tudor Medicine
Medieval or Tudor Textiles
Roman, Medieval or Tudor games
Object analysis - various periods (including a mixture of original and reproduction
artefacts to study)
Packs are available at a range of levels according to budget, and can include both original and reproduction artefacts for handling.
